Rotational molding is a modern technology for the production of lightweight and seamless large-sized polymer products from polyethylene.
This technology uses heat and biaxial rotation. During the process, the empty mold is filled with a material (usually polyethylene) in powder form, and then it is slowly rotated so that the material adheres to the walls of the mold.
Products made using this technology are especially durable, since the material is not subjected to pressure during production and, as a result, there are no internal stresses in it.
